A strong month for finesse and charm on the job is in store. Your reputation is likely to improve, perhaps in part due to the fact that you are feeling more directed in general. You are especially cooperative this month. The second half of the month can bring heightened emotions to your life, surrounding love and creative matters. There is considerable focus on your personal and emotional life these days, rather than public and professional goals. This is necessary for the time being, as you aim to become more emotionally centered. December is a busy month for learning, communications, and activities surrounding home and family. There can be some pressure to arrive at a decision regarding domestic matters on the 12-14th. Important errands and shopping are best done before the 10th. You're feeling a strong desire to acquire goods that make you feel more comfortable, but do try to control spending. News about education or travel can arrive around the 21st. Prepare yourself for changes to your itinerary.





SCORPIO:
The message you are giving to others in December is finally very clear - and very attractive! You are coming across especially well, with few rough edges, and others are certainly taking note. You are more approachable, and a relationship is coming back on track. Finally, the ambiguous signals are leaving and both you and a partner can get the clarity you need to move forward. CANCER:
Work and daily routines take up much of your time this month. You are very smooth at handling others and you will find that people who have been admiring you "from afar" are now finding you more approachable. Casual relationships fare very well this month. LEO:
The general mood for you this month, is playful and happy. You are desirous of some extra special attention. Communications with family are healthier this month, and you're feeling back on track with them. There can be some pressures with work or health, however, and you might feel the need to rush decisions regarding these matters. This might have to do with money problems. ARIES:
Career matters are strong and in focus in December, despite some pressure to take charge and a few minor delays and mishaps. You are recognized, appreciated, and even admired. Some rethinking of work and health matters is required now. From the 12-14th, there can be the need to make difficult decisions, a change in your reputation can occur, or others might get fired up over something that you've said. The need to assume responsibility for your actions arises. Try to avoid extreme responses. Financial status improve in general, and it can be especially easy to find support this month, if necessary.



TAURUS:
 Improved "signals" in relationships and clearer personal goals contribute to a satisfying month. Many of the differences you might have been experiencing in partnerships continue to iron themselves out. Overall, you feel back on track and better equipped to manage your life. There may be some pressures, however, to make decisions regarding travel or education in December. Something from the past can be dredged up which changes your point of view. In the second half of the month, there can be the need for big changes in your financial life. The Christmas Tree

Although I'm a traditional guy, this year I decided to forgo the annual swearing-in of the Christmas-tree lights. I always think of "Catcher in the Rye," where Holden Caulfield happens upon workers cursing a Christmas tree as they struggle to load it onto a truck, so I make my light-stringing ceremony private, out of earshot of impressionable kids and wives. It is unfortunate that tree lights were not around in the frontier days, because they would have been much more humane than those terrible mutilating snare traps. Jim Bridger and the boys could have left a few strands of twinkly Christmas lights near the stream, then come back the next day and collected all the beavers, bears and settlers that had become entangled. I have planned to decorate my tee with Christmas lights setup Victoria. Some types of live trees can be kept outside in containers for a year or two. Others grow fast and must be planted in the ground sooner. Either way, this isn't a long-term solution to your Christmas decorations but what do you do the following year? Pretty soon, the tree won't fit in the house. The light-stringing job is increasingly challenging because my wife picks a bigger tree each year.
In fact, the tree was actually too tall for our living room, unless we went with the avant-garde horizontal format. I had to saw a foot off the trunk and re-install the big boy in its stand. It would have been easier, in terms of tools and man-hours, to cut a hole in the roof, but then squirrels might climb down the tree, reconfigure the electric- train tracks and haul away our Christmas nuts through the doggy door. I hate it when that happens.
